Very long tracks (3+ hrs) play white noise after encoding

When I try to record one long track (like 3+ hrs) after i encode it it only plays white noise however the screen graphics are clearly „moving“ to a music beat. This only happens when i try to record one long track. I havn’t changed much (only the silence recognition) since i recorded multiple traks off aol successfully.

any ideas?
