The old registration key contains invalid characters

Please don’t blast me! I did a search and there isn’t a single topic on this error! I tried to go through the process of requesting a new registration key and it doesn’t like my old key. I tried removing the ‚{}‘ from around the key AND every ‚<>‚ in between.  It won’t take my registration.  I upgraded my PC to Windows 7 x64 so my serial number is different.  Please provide me with a new code!  Like I said, I TRIED to go through the appropriate procedure but nothing worked!

Hi Greg,

Your email client inserted tags which have to be removed from the key to make it valid.

If you need a new key, please read the apropriate thread in the FAQ.
