    I’ve never had a problem using AOMRecord…

    I’m using a Dell XPS WinXP SP 2 with all updates/patches.

    And of course the latest AOMRecord

    I’ve tried re-installing 4-5 times…

    Tried 2 different versions of LAME and I’m sure it is in the right place.

    No matter WHAT format (mp3, wav, ogg) I select, the only files that are saved are the .jpg images from each song, but no music files. The log doesn’t indicate anything is awry.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem? I’m at my wits end here.

    Please use a real name.

    Could it be that you use a corrupt Lame encoder file? If not, publish some more of your settings (folder names, etc.) here.

    Hi Thomas

    Name is Jeffrey and the company registered with AOMRecord is Malibu Tech Support.

    The folders and settings are exactly the same as I had before I was forced to re-format my machine.

    I requested a second „replacement“ serial from you and ever since I put the new serial # in, nothing will record.

    I know its not a bad LAME mp3 encoder because not even wav or wma files will record either.

    Even though it appears to be accepting my registration data, could this be part of the problem? I have triple checked everything.. reinstalled.. etc.

    Hi Jeffrey,

    No, it can’t have anything to do with the serial number.

    Does AOMrecord recognize pauses between the songs?

    What are the settings on the settings tab?

    If you don’t let AOMrecord delete the temp. files what is there?
