    I have been using trial version for couple of weeks, with no problems.

    I just registered today and have been having problems with

    the program locking up, or very slow to respond. I have noticed if

    I choose the default sound card(Realtek Audio) it appears to start recording and I see output in the Audio Devices visual recording level, but then freezes up.Sometimes I can’t even get past the title screen of the program. If I change to another input audio device (ReplayRadio driver) it does not slow down or lock up, but I also do not get any visual output or any recording. I tried a repair through add/remove programs, but no luck.

    I uninstalled the additional input audio device driver, but no difference.

    As soon as open the program, it just freezes on the info & registration

    screen. I am using version 2.2.542.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Hi Alex,

    Please think it over again. You must have applied some changes to your system before or after you registered AOMrecord. Could be another installation or even a de-installation. Used a system tuning tool? The registration cannot be the origin for the behaviour you describe.

    I’d also download and install the latest drivers for this soundcard.

    BTW, what radio station are you trying to record?

    Please think it over again. You must have applied some changes to your system before or after you registered AOMrecord. Could be another installation or even an uninstall. Used a system tuning tool? The registration cannot be the origin for the behaviour you describe.

    I’d also download and install the latest drivers for this soundcard.

    Hi Thomas,

    I am trying to record from AOL Radio (Pop Remixes), but now

    I can’t even get the program to open up completly. It just freezes

    in the info & registration screen. I did try to update the driver, but

    it is already updated. I cannot think of any new programs or

    utilities that I have recently installed.

    If I try a uninstall/reinstall will I still be able to use my registration key?

    Hello Alex,

    This does not have any influence on your license key. Anyway, as long as you keep the old one you can get a new one free. Just read the corresponding article in the forum.
