I’m using AOMrecord version 1.2.483, AOL version 9, and Windows XP. Today, I installed AOMrecord on this new computer, and for some reason, AOMrecord cannot obtain artist and title information from the Radio@AOL appelet. I tried to use the link in the previous thread, but it doesn’t seem to work anymore.
AOMrecord can get the station and remaining time information, but not the artist and title.
Is anyone else having this problem? Please help!

I too am using AOMRecord version 1.2.483 with AOL 9.0 and XP Pro, here in California, USA, and am having the EXACT same issue. Time remaining works, but no Station Name, no Artist, no Title, and no Album title. I’ve been running this new version for a few days now and it was working ‚til today. I’ve tried removing AOMRecord, reinstalled it, cold booted (3x) and nothing seems to get it working again.
I just sent Thomas an email about it so hopefully he’ll have a solution.

Additionally, the link that’s mentioned in an old (outdated) thread doesn’t work for me either. Maybe the link is dead now.

Looks to me like AOL has changed the radio plugin. Was there one of these automatic update downloads recently? I’ll see what I can do to solve this issue. But it will take a while.

Than you very much for your assistance! Problem solved!
AOL® again changed the player for Radio@AOL™. To re-enable AOMrecord to record station, artist, song and album name a small change is necessary. If you don’t want to reinstall the whole package you can download a patch from here. Put the file Patch.exe into AOMrecord’s program folder and execute it from there. That’s it.
